Hotel Policies & Information

Cancellation Policy

• Any cancellation request must be made in writing/fax, e-mail, or via telephone and sent before 4 p.m. of the day of arrival booked initially. Otherwise the client will be charged the first night.
• No-shows will incur a room rate charge for one night.

Early Arrival Policy

• Guests are welcome to check-in at 2pm. Check-out is at noon.
• Requests for early check-in and check-out are possible upon availability and extra fees will be charged to the client.

Credit Card Policy

• We accept all major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, and Diners Club.
• For reservations guaranteed with a credit card, rooms are held until the official hotel check-out time the day following arrival.

Late Checkout Policy

• We are pleased to accommodate late check-outs upon request.
• In the case of a late check-out before 6pm, an additional half day rate will apply.
• For check-outs after 6pm, a full day rate will apply.

Extra Bedding Policy

• A rollaway bed is offered upon request.
• Maximum one rollaway bed is permitted in Superior Rooms and the Royal Club floor.
• In suites two rollaway beds are permitted.
  
• Please note that there is an extra charge for a rollaway bed, while cribs are complimentary

Gratuities Policy

• 01 complimentary room for single use is offered for each 20 paid persons, maximum 04

Pet Policy

• We do not permit pets in the hotel

Smoking Policy

The hotel offers a limited number of non-smoking rooms : These are situated on the 5th floor Superior rooms and 6th floor in Royal Club category.
