At 31 years, Hicham Ouabbou already carried out an impressive career which started in the kitchen of the restaurant "Flavio" where he had the privilege to work at the sides of "Guy Delmotte" who transmitted his passion and his love of excellent products and cooking.
After further education Hicham used all his experiences in a variety of famous restaurants such as the "L'escanbille", a one star Michelin restaurant at the hotel "La Mamounia" as well as the "St Clément "(1 Michelin star) and "L'Olivade" restaurants.
In 2010, he decided to return to his country of origin to become the leader of the kitchens of the prestigious Royal Mansour Méridien Hotel.
Hicham's speciality lies in fresh fish and vegtables dishes. |
